2024/2025 ZAMSUT Screening Exercise for New Students

The Zamfara State University (ZAMSUT) has announced the screening/confirmation exercise for newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry (DE) students for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Information on the ZAMSUT Screening/Confirmation Exercise

1. Date: Wednesday, 4th December, 2024
2. Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
3. Venue: University Temporary Site, Talata Mafara

Required Documents for ZAMSUT Screening

Candidates are required to bring the following documents for the screening and verification process:

1. JAMB Admission Letter: Both the original colored copy and a duplicate copy.
2. Evidence of Admission: A copy of the Remita receipt for acceptance fee payment.
3. Photocopies of Credentials: All academic and relevant certificates.
4. Original Copies of Credentials: Including the First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC), Testimonial, O’Level Results (Original Certificate), Letter of Indigene, Declaration of Age or Birth Certificate, and A’ Level Certificate/Result (for DE candidates).
5. Biodata Form: A completed copy of the biodata form.
6. Passport Photographs: Four recent passport-sized photographs.

Important Notice for Candidates

The screening exercise is compulsory for all admitted candidates. Make sure all required documents are ready and presented in both original and photocopy formats. Follow the specified time and venue to ensure a smooth process.
