A socio-cultural Group to Distribute N3m UTME Forms in Kogi

A socio-cultural group, the Legends Club of Okun Land in Kogi State, has announced plans to purchase Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) forms for 300 indigent students in the area. This initiative, valued at N3 million, aims to support underprivileged youths in Okun land.

The Director of Media and Publicity for the club, Olusegun Abereoran, made this known in a statement released in Lokoja on Sunday. The announcement followed the club’s Annual General Meeting held in Isanlu, Yagba East Local Government Area, last week.

“About N3m has been paid by the club to purchase JAMB forms for indigent students in Okun land, Kogi West Senatorial District,” Abereoran stated.

The President of the Legends Club, Femi Olubiyo, emphasized the club’s commitment to community development. He encouraged eligible Okun youths to take advantage of this opportunity by registering early and preparing diligently for the upcoming examinations.

“The Legends Club of Okun Land has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to the development of its community by rolling out 300 JAMB forms to support the underprivileged Okun sons and daughters,” Olubiyo added.
