DELSU Matriculation Ceremony 2024/2025
Delta State University (DELSU) has announced the matriculation ceremony schedule for the 2024/2025 academic session. The event is set to take place on Saturday, 25 January 2025, at both Abraka and Oleh campuses.
Matriculation Schedule
Abraka Campus
- Time: 9:00 a.m.
- Venue: Convocation Arena, Site III, Abraka
- Note: Students must be seated by 8:30 a.m.
Oleh Campus
- Time: 11:00 a.m.
- Venue: 1000-Seating Capacity Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Engineering
- Note: Students must be seated by 10:30 a.m.
Gown Collection and Return
Collection
- Starts on Monday, 20 January 2025, from Faculty Officers between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Ends on Friday, 24 January 2025.
Return
- Deadline is Monday, 27 January 2025.
- Penalties: ₦1,000 per day for late returns, ₦10,000 for damaged or missing gowns.
- Prohibitions: Gowns must not be rented to photographers. Violators will face sanctions.
Attendance and Guidelines
- Attendance is mandatory for all new students.
- Lateness will not be allowed.
- Faculty Officers must ensure compliance.
