Lekan Adewoye Foundation Supports Admission Seekers in Kwara State

An Ilorin-based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), Lekan Adewoye Foundation, has sponsored 1,000 admission seekers in Kwara State for the 2025 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) exams. This gesture covers 83 wards across the seven local governments of Kwara South senatorial zone.

Merit-Based Selection and Full Academic Scholarships

The Foundation has also pledged to provide full academic scholarships to candidates from each of the seven local governments who achieve the highest scores in the examination. According to the founder, Adewoye, the beneficiaries were selected based on merit and need, regardless of their financial background.

Adewoye emphasized the importance of education, stating that it remains the most powerful tool for transformation. He affirmed his dedication to uplifting educational standards in Kwara South and beyond, believing that no brilliant mind should be denied access to higher education due to financial constraints.
