MAPOLY Plays Vital Roles In Shaping Our Future Leaders – Ogun NSCDC Commandant

Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, has been commended for its role in shaping future leaders for global development. The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security & Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Ogun State Command, Remilekun Omolade Ekundayo, expressed this during a courtesy visit from the Polytechnic’s Management to her office.
Commandant’s Remarks
In her words, “MAPOLY is a critical stakeholder in the education sector and has played vital roles in shaping the minds of our future leaders.”
She further emphasized, “We recognize the importance of collaboration and synergy towards our organization in maintaining peace, stability, and security in our state.”
Commandant Remilekun optimistically added, “I am confident that our meeting today will provide a platform for us to discuss areas of mutual interest, share experiences, and explore opportunities for future collaborations.”
Rector’s Remarks
On his part, the Rector, Arc. ‘Koye Jolaoso, on behalf of the Management, commended the command for its previous support and noted that the visitation aimed to solidify the existing relationship. According to him:
“We have already hinted at your recognition as a reference for all members of other commands. We recognize what you have been doing and further enlist your support to add value to us through mutual understanding for the maintenance of peace and security.”
He also highlighted, “We want you to assist us in maintaining orderliness and securing our property so that we all can enjoy the benefits.”
Arc. Jolaoso further stressed the need for attention to the Polytechnic’s territory due to activities of individuals lurking both inside and outside the school premises.
