The Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) Alumni Association has awarded full tuition scholarships to six outstanding 200-level students, one from each college within the university.
The National President of TASUED Alumni, Bolaji Oladeji, announced the initiative during the matriculation ceremony held on January 8, 2025, at the university auditorium.
The six scholarship recipients are recognized for their academic excellence and dedication to their studies. This initiative, described as a legacy program of the Alumni Association, aims to promote a culture of academic excellence and reward hard work among undergraduate students.
While presenting the scholarships, Oladeji urged the new students to steer clear of cultism, examination malpractice, drug abuse, and other unethical behaviors, emphasizing the importance of maintaining both personal integrity and the university’s reputation.
